Unscrupulous Billing and High Charges

1. Return my $4000.00 and the 28% interest I have incurred
2. $10k for 1 bag of IV fluids and an X-ray
3. This is highway robbery! $5,329.00 for a biopsy/ BEWARE!!!
4. Charge you for services that were already paid for
5. The billing department lies like a rug
6. I was billed $7K for this terrible service 
7. I have been trying to get medical bills resolved from here for 2 years
8. You need to price shop them
9. Fraudulently charged me 2000 dollars for a 5 minute conversation
10. These crooks will just bill your insurance for absolutely NOTHING! 
11. We received 16 different bills for care
12. I'll probably get a giant bill too just for waiting

14. Banner's billing department is the worst!
15. Mercy Health billing is a disaster
16. I am now thousands in debt with them despite multiple attempts to pay off 
17. Once you pay off one bill two more appear months later for services we never received
18. Not willing to work with me on paying
19. Sent my information to collections for a $616.28 my insurance had paid them

Grievances Reporting and Accountability

1. I am surprised they pass inspection
2. I was having a child and they made it absolutely awful
3. I had to urinate in the trashcan, my wheelchair was taken from me 
4. ER supervisor came out to tell me that LABOR AND DELIVERY REFUSED ME 
5. My mom died not receiving badly needed speech and physical therapy 
6. I hate this place! I hate it!
7. Do not allow these monsters to touch your loved ones
8. The culture is to invalidate & undermine patients
9. They nearly killed me when I was already dying of sepsis
10. I left messages for doctors and the hospital administrator never receiving a response

12. Nobody notified us my brother was dead
13. They basically took her life
14. Pulled me out of my room and into the hallway saying another patient needed it
15. After 8 hours they recorded me as having left against medical advice 2 hours earlier
16. My father died here in the waiting room
17. My mother was abused by her "caregivers" and was lethargic badly bruised
18. I contacted several attorneys 
19. Our healthcare system sucks terribly
20. Me and my wife DREAD when our patient portal says labs at this location
21. We will be reaching out to our lawyers 
22. I received the worst treatment I ever received on Jan 12 2024

Botched Care and Poor Outcomes

1. Killers. What are they hiding?
2. Very mismanaged Hospital
3. Almost killed me because one of their nurses didn't listen
4. My sister went in for Colostomy surgery and she never made it home

6. My aunt gave birth right there on that nasty hospital floor

9. The care is generally run by inexperienced interns and residents
10. Misdiagnose my mom and sent her home twice in one day
11. I feel sympathy for anyone who is placed in this hospital

13. So now patients get screwed when they need the meds

Lack of Compassion and Missing Empathy

7. Nursing staff completely apathetic towards suffering patients

Untimely Care and Delays of Treatment

1. Sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours with a ruptured spleen
2. I waited 11 hours in the ER with chest pains and heart palpitations 
3. Had me waiting over 13+ hours just for results 
4. I called for baby formula multiple times and they take an hour or two to come
5. After 8 hours I took out my own IV line, left, went home
6. 3-4 hour waits are common
7. Hospital is a total joke
8. This place is downright awful
9. The triage process needs to be improved here
10. I sat in consistent pain crying non stop for over 4 hours
11. I actually left and had to be rushed to another emergency room 
12. Waited over 1.5 hours for MRI
13. 10 hours to wait in this ghetto 
14. 4 hours wait
15. Waited in the waiting room for 7 hours and ended up leaving
16. I waited 7 hours to see a doctor and never was seen.
17. Don’t go to the Emergency room
18. 11.5 hours wait
19. Wait times are ridiculous
20. 10 hours in the emergency room waiting
21. I went In for heart pains and was there 5 hours 
22. I finally left because it was going to be more comfortable to suffer at home
23. I ended up walking out
24. Wait times are 5hrs +

26. Imagine waiting more than 3 hrs for Discharge order 
27. Waited 7 hours in the ER without being seen
