​Unscrupulous Billing and High Charges

​01. Froedert billed $9,158.70 to NOT TREAT my son for the stroke symptoms that killed him
02. Expecting us to pay ~$20,000 out of pocket that we do not have 
03. Hello human kindness was there motto, this place is anything but that
04. Billing is absolutely awful for INTEGRIS
05. REMEMBER- Trident Hospital is FOR-PROFIT
06. Avoid Mercy - They have no price transparency
07. Sent to collections with no follow up call for wrong lab test
08. Lack of transparency, failure to address disputes, and illegal billing practice
09. I was shocked to receive a bill ~ $3,000. 
10. Found out from collections 2 billings with this hospital
11. Having billing issues and cannot talk to anyone who has an answers
12. Driving profit off patients
13. Questionable ethics when it comes to billing
14. Basically you get financially robbed at Lakewood Ranch
15. Unable to make online payment due to billing system and being threatened collections
16. Charging $2,000 for a 5 minute visit
17. Threatened with credit repercussions for not paying thousands for essentially no care
18. They can’t get their billing straight even after calling them several times
19. I have never in all of my long life interacted with such incompetence
20. These people made $10k on my procedure and now an unexpected bill
21. Their unwillingness to correct their errors are unacceptable
22. Charges more than 5x the amount of the typical procedure cost
23. The billing system here is an absolute nightmare!!!
24. Online balance stated $0 when you sent the bill to a collector!
25. This is for the dishonest Billing & Accounting Department
26. It's impossible to speak to an actual human with a billing question
27. No excuse for what our ins is being charged for this stay
28. They are more concerned with money, not quality of care!

​Untimely Care and Delays of Treatment

03. But they took our insurance 3 time and all 3 times they made copies 
04. It was a circus - left after waiting forever
05. 2 and a half hours wait for stitches
06. A 3 hour wait to get ten stitches
07. They will have you waiting forever and give you a million excuses
08. I've been sitting with an 8 mm kidney stone for 7 hours now
09. I would not recommend this medical center at all
10. The worst wait time is super long
11. Very passive aggressive, way too long of wait times
12. Just avoid this place
